About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and strong candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer management.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Understand job requirements and create attractive job descriptions.
- Conduct HR screening calls and schedule technical/managerial interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly hiring reports.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives (social media hiring posts, job fairs, hiring events, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and networking.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles.
- Good understanding of IT/non-IT recruitment (depending on organization).
- Knowledge of HR processes and basic HR documentation (offer letters, joining formalities).
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or corporate).
- Experience using ATS/HR tools (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) is an added advantage.
