We are expanding our business and looking for Recruitment Consultant. This is not a HR role, but this role will be more suitable for someone who is sales-driven.
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT work with client companies in hiring for the right talents to meet to their business needs and organization growth. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is highly dynamic, getting in touch with many of the leading business players, and providing them with the most work-effective solutions for their human capital.
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $2700 - $3200
Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment cycle
- Pre-screening/interviewing short listing of candidates according to clients’ requirements
- Manage clients and candidates’ expectation
- Conduct and document feedback/debrief with candidates and clients after interview
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong rapport with existing clients
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Attained CEI certification as required by MOM
- Singapore citizen or PR holder.
- Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
- Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
