Regional Sales Manager

$130,000-$150,000

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest Region.

\n

\n

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales activities for the region assigned. Assist the company in achieving assigned sales goals and continued growth by effectively managing team of outside Sales Representatives and analyzing existing and potential customers and partners. The person filling this position must be adaptable to ever changing business environments and departmental need changes as well as inter departmental, general business and customer communication and confidentiality. This position is a Salary Exempt position and will report directly to the Regional Sales Vice President.

    \nAn influential sales leader with the ability to drive the sales team to meet aggressive sales goals. \nYou have a demonstrated proficiency in analyzing sales and customer data, identifying trends and developing sales plans and strategies to resolve any negative sales trends. \nYou have a proven track record of cultivating a strong hunter sales force that succeeds in competitive markets. \n\n

    What You Will Be Doing:

      \nDevelops, implements, and leads strategic national sales plans to align with Corporate and Branch goals. \nApplies advanced knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure that sales executives are focused and achieve their stated goals \nManages staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. \nManages sales activity and coordinates sales by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. \nReview LOIs and Quotes \nRepresents company at trade association meetings and shows \nMeets with key clients, assisting Outside Sales Representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. \nPrepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. \nMonitors and manages CRM (experience preferably Zoho) and Sales rep utilization \nRecommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for sales team. \n\n

      Skills You Bring:

      \n
        \nBS/BA Degree in Marketing/Business \n5 to 10 years’ experience managing a sales team within a manufacturing environment, Building Products industry preferred \nDemonstrated leadership, motivational, coaching, and influencing skills \nStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities \nDemonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementing solutions, getting others to support proposed solutions) \nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time. \n\n
