Job Responsibilities
- Generate growth in the assigned territory.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Analyze regional market trends and identify target customers, products, and industry segments for future growth.
- Prepare offers and follow up through the sales cycle.
- Track and report sales efforts in the CRM system.
- Offices in Santa Perpetua and Barcelona (next to Sants).
- Flexible-hybrid presence model: 22 days per quarter.
- 27 working days of holidays.
- Intensive schedule on Fridays.

- BSc/BS degree or equivalent with a technical/engineering background.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings approximately 40% of the time.
- Work experience as a technical sales representative or project manager (> 3 years).
- Familiarity with Navision (ERP) and/or Hubspot (CRM).
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
