About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who has a leading, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job involves working directly in site construction and supervision, as well as in civil works, installation, and integration services. The candidate will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. The role includes budget responsibility and ensuring work is executed within the project’s OHS requirements.

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer with a leading, coordinating, and supporting role in technical topics within a network implementation organization. The role involves site construction, supervision, civil works, installation, and integration services. The candidate will manage activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with requirements and contracts. Budget management and adherence to OHS standards are key responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or similar
• Fluent English speaking (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the field
• High self-organization skills
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience in site construction and deployment of RBS
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
