We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Retention Officer to join our operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty by managing retention strategies, analyzing churn trends, and ensuring long-term engagement with our services. Key Responsibilities of Retention Officer
Make outbound calls to customers who have requested cancellations or shown signs of disengagement
Understand customer issues and provide prompt, accurate, and relevant solutions
Persuade customers to retain their accounts by highlighting product/service value, offers, or personalized benefits
Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions
Document all customer interactions and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to resolve escalated issues
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed retention and call performance targets
Qualification Required for Retention Officer
Any Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or account management roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
