Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, distribution, and sales to identify vulnerabilities and define risk tolerance.
- Develop and present risk mitigation strategies and compliance recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and refine risk controls based on performance and evolving business needs.
- Analyse market trends and industry developments to anticipate potential risks.
- Build business models and case scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Drive organization-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Document and analyse workflows, systems, and processes to uncover root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize data-driven insights and global best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT teams to deploy digital tools and software solutions for process optimization.
- Promote innovation and best practices to improve business effectiveness and internal controls.

- Experienced in project management and execution of risk mitigation initiatives across dynamic environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of process mapping, value stream mapping, and process flow analysis.
- Familiar with automobile/manufacturing operations, preferably in the 4-wheeler segment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
