Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Management Specialist. The position is based in Kolkata. The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, identifying potential risks, communicating findings and recommendations, and implementing risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Analysis
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools
