Position Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting the growth of QPW and Quality Pressure Washing's customer base. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on relationship building and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition, Prospecting, and Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, networking events, referrals, social media, and lead generation tools.
- Manage our Business Development Advisor by routing daily site visits and organizing and following through data to drive sales.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through routine check-ins and service follow-ups.
2. Sales & Closings
- Develop proposals, quotes, and customized service plans.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements confidently and within company guidelines.
- Close sales to meet monthly revenue and account goals.
3. Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
- Work alongside our Marketing and Business Support Specialist by providing insights to help improve sales strategy and service offerings through specific and customizable material.
4. Reporting & Accountability
- Document all sales activities in the company CRM or reporting tools.
- Submit weekly sales reports and updates on lead progress.
- Meet or exceed the following performance benchmarks:
- 40+ outbound prospecting contacts per week
- 3–5 in-person visits per day
- 4–6 new quotes submitted weekly
- 4–5 follow-up contacts per quote within 10 days
- 4+ new accounts secured per month
Additional Expectations:
- Must be available for work Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays and/or Sundays to research territory and inventory of potential leads.
- Must be knowledgeable with and perform basic computer programs and functions (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Exel, Google Maps, etc.)
