Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet their requirements.
Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance to management.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Qualifications- Education: Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales, often with a minimum of 2-6 years.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking software.
