You will join an experienced team and together be responsible for maximizing our sales potential.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand client relationships to drive market share growth.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts through data analysis and market trend incorporation.
- Act as a key liaison for seamless order processing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead sales negotiations and develop effective pricing strategies.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy and activity summaries.
Your profile:
- Results-driven sales account management experience, demonstrating independent initiative and
- expertise in building long-term relationships, preferably in engineering plastics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Commitment to professional integrity, ethical conduct and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English/German and proficiency in advanced spreadsheets and ERP systems (SAP).
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field.
