Our client, a family owned hotel group, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to drive growth across their portfolio of unique properties.
As a senior leader, you will shape their commercial strategy, elevate brand identity, and boost revenue from room sales, events, and corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow market share.
- Enhance each property’s brand through targeted digital and traditional campaigns.
- Drive room sales, wedding/event bookings, and corporate retention.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Lead and inspire a sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients.
- Oversee CRM, social media, SEO, and website strategies to increase direct bookings.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, brand development, and team leadership.
- Skilled in digital marketing, revenue management, and corporate sales.
- Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Irish/UK hospitality markets is a plus.
