CTC: Up to 4.2 Lpa The Opportunity Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant – Automotive Aftermarket Sales (Auto) If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career experience as a Sales Consultant in automotive aftermarket, we have a role here. The incumbent is expected to - Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers, through networking, and relationship building. Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Providing product information and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the products. Negotiating sales deals and closing sales. Meeting and exceeding monthly Sales and Collection targets. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technology and competitor activities. Inter department collaboration. Primary Reporting – The incumbent will be an individual contributor reporting to the Area Sales Manager of the assigned territory. To qualify for the role, you must have minimum criteria as mentioned below-
- A Graduate in any discipline is preferable with 2-3 years' experience in automotive after-market or any related industry.
- Should possess excellent knowledge of automotive aftermarket range of products.
- Highly driven to reach and exceed the individual and territory sales goals.
- Should possess high influencing skills to influence customers and internal stakeholders.
- Should possess the ability to think and plan out the activities
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- MUST HAVE VISITIED GARAGES, SUB DEALERS, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, MECHANIC WORKSHOPS- TO SELL THE SPARE PARTS.
