As we expand our impact, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive who understands the education industry and can help more students say yes to their dream careers in baking.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Truffle Nation, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring pastry chefs exploring our programs. Your job is to build trust, guide them through our admissions process, and close high-ticket course enrollments (₹1L–₹3L per student). You’ll work closely with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure every student is the right fit—and fully committed to their culinary journey.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Sales
Conduct discovery calls and consultations with qualified leads.
Understand each candidate’s goals, motivations, and fit for our programs.
Clearly explain our course offerings, fee structure, and value proposition.
Overcome objections with empathy and insight.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain detailed records of prospects in Zoho Bigin or equivalent CRM.
Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email across multiple touchpoints.
Ensure monthly admissions targets and conversion rates are met.
Sales Enablement & Feedback
Share feedback with marketing to improve lead quality and targeting.
Contribute to refining sales scripts, pitch decks, and follow-up content.
Represent Truffle Nation’s brand values with professionalism and passion.
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
2–5 years of proven experience in education or edtech sales
Bonus: Experience selling high-ticket courses, coaching, or certifications.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience using CRMs, call trackers, and basic sales automation tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and hunger to close deals.

Monthly enrollment target: 15–25 students
