Position Overview

As a Branch Sales Manager (BSM), you will be responsible for managing and mentoring 20 Financial consultant in your district. Your core goal is to ensure they successfully promote Our Investment product

Key Responsibilities; Sales & Outreach

Supervise and support a team of 20 Financial consultant (FCs) in your assigned area.

Recruitment & Training

Identify and recruit high-potential Financial consultant from your district.

Conduct field training and onboarding for new FCs.

Team Performance Management

Track performance metrics daily/weekly for all FCs.

Reporting & Coordination

Submit structured sales and performance reports to your BM

Coordinate with marketing, support, and delivery teams for smooth customer service.

Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, Insurance, Banking

Strong leadership and mentoring ability; experience managing teams is preferred.

Fluent in Malayalam; basic English/Hindi for internal coordination.
