Asst Manager/ Manager Sales (Concrete)
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
7 to 15 years of proven sales experience in concrete equipment, construction machinery, or related capital goods industry.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building customer networks.
Good understanding of project-based selling and B2B capital equipment sales.
Familiarity with government tenders, EPC contractors, and major infra developers.
Skills & Competencies -
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach.
Self-driven, target-focused, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
