Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for (residential/commercial) projects
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee property listings, site visits, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance performance and productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 6-8 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or property development
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property sales, and project development
  • Target-oriented, with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
