Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for (residential/commercial) projects
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee property listings, site visits, and sales campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Train and develop sales staff to enhance performance and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 6-8 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or property development
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property sales, and project development
- Target-oriented, with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
