Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, creating and implementing sales strategies, managing sales staff, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include engaging potential customers, conducting sales presentations, networking, and maintaining communication with current members. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills including membership sales, sales strategy development, and achieving sales targets
- Leadership and management skills to supervise sales staff and drive team performance
- Networking and communication skills for engaging potential customers and maintaining relationships
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and implement promotional campaigns
- Experience in the fitness industry is preferred
