Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting market research, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and track sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
  • Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the power electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
