Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing insightful sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research and attending industry events to stay updated with trends and advancements in the EV industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team management and leadership skills, with experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful sales reports and forecasts.
- Market research skills and the ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in the EV or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is beneficial.
