Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research to identify sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in coordinating with other departments for service delivery and handling customer queries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Market research and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
