Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, conducting market research, and overseeing sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to enhance sales performance and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Min 6 to 8 years of sales manager experience
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
