Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering relationships with clients. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, creating sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, conducting performance reviews, and staying updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and set sales targets
  • Strong leadership qualities with skills in team management and staff training
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and report generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the publishing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
