Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Manager but specifically a
Capital Raising Specialist
to help expand our investor base and manage relationships with qualified leads from our CRM (10,000+ warm and cold contacts along with active marketing to generate more leads)
This is a proactive, relationship-driven sales role. Y
ou'll be on the front lines connecting with investors, booking appointments, and presenting our real estate opportunities
. You'll have access to a robust lead database, CRM system, and professional marketing collateral to support your outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain current investment opportunities to potential investors
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and accredited investors
- Follow up with company-provided leads (warm introductions, webinar attendees, email subscribers, etc.)
- Cold calling cold leads
- Manage investor communications - prepare summaries, updates, and performance reports
- Collaborate with leadership to structure deals, terms, and investor materials
Qualifications
- Experience in
capital raising

financial sales - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing investor network (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of private lending, promissory notes, or syndications a plus
- Self-motivated, ethical, and goal-oriented
Compensation Structure:
- Base:
$2,000–$4,000/month - Commission:
2%–4% of funds raised. - Example: Raise $500K in a month → $10K–$20K commission + base.
