Role Description - Sales Manager
This is a full-time on-site role and will be based out of Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team of Kerala, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in sustainability industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
