Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, hosting site inspections, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for regularly reporting on sales activities and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and event management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
