Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring sales representatives, building and maintaining client relationships, taking care of the site visits and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, analysing sales data, ensuring smooth site visits, setting sales goals, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy, and team leadership
- Ability to budget, run and analyse meta ads working with the team.
- Excellent story telling ability
- Strong social media presence and understanding
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a must
- Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and conducting market research
- Ability to develop innovative sales tactics and meet sales targets
