Job Overview
As a Sales Manager – B2B Product Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and delivering exceptional product experiences. You'll lead sales initiatives PAN India, focusing on new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings
Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
Track sales performance, analyze data, and share insights with leadership
Represent CSML at trade shows to enhance brand visibility
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing teams or key accounts
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities
