Are you a seasoned B2B sales professional with a strong leadership background and a passion for driving business growth? CSML is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our B2B Product Experience vertical.

Travel: Open to business travel across regions

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Job Overview

As a Sales Manager – B2B Product Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and delivering exceptional product experiences. You'll lead sales initiatives PAN India, focusing on new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels

Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings

Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth onboarding

Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support

Track sales performance, analyze data, and share insights with leadership

Represent CSML at trade shows to enhance brand visibility

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in B2B sales (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing teams or key accounts

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities
