Dakota Sourcing, LLC is a direct manufacturers distributor, specializing in HVAC and plumbing products and tools. As a direct distributor, we offer enhanced and simplified customer service by providing direct contact with our manufacturer. Additionally, we provide options for private labeling products and packaging, as well as assistance in developing proprietary or existing products from trial runs to mass production.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, located in Azusa CA, with some work outside flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include organizing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing input on product improvements, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Strong customer relationship management and account management skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products and tools
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a sales management role is a plus
