Job Title: Sales Manager - Control Panels (LT & HT Panels & Switchgears)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with strong technical and market knowledge in LT (Low Tension) & HT (High Tension) Control Panels and Switchgear products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Control Panel and Switchgear segment (LT & HT).
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by targeting contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
- Understand technical requirements of customers and propose suitable electrical panel solutions (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, HT Panels, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in tenders, techno-commercial negotiations, and project follow-ups.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS data.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in LT/HT panels, switchgears, and power distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of control panel design, electrical schematics, and components (A/B/C class panels, breakers, relays, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team if required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
