Job Title: Sales Manager - Control Panels (LT & HT Panels & Switchgears)

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: General Manager / Director - Sales


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with strong technical and market knowledge in LT (Low Tension) & HT (High Tension) Control Panels and Switchgear products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Control Panel and Switchgear segment (LT & HT).
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales by targeting contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Understand technical requirements of customers and propose suitable electrical panel solutions (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, HT Panels, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in tenders, techno-commercial negotiations, and project follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS data.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in LT/HT panels, switchgears, and power distribution systems.
  • Strong knowledge of control panel design, electrical schematics, and components (A/B/C class panels, breakers, relays, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a sales team if required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
