Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, sales team management, and mentoring
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in data analysis and using insights to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager role or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
