Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in various location including tier1 and 2 cities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, preparing performance reports, and analyzing market data to drive decision-making. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
- Proven expertise in Business Strategy, Team Leadership, and Sales Planning
- Knowledge of healthcare, clinical genetics, or molecular diagnostics is an advantage
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for tracking sales performance
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
