Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Indore & Bhopal.The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and sales strategy development
- Minimum 3 year relevant experience
- Good network with key Architects
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with market research, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales report preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
