Job Responsibilities :-
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve territory and overall sales targets for electrical products.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting goals and ensuring their performance meets and exceeds objectives.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEMs), and manage distribution and dealer networks.
Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and expanding the customer base.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
