Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. In addition, the role includes overseeing the sales team, coordinating with other departments for seamless operations, preparing sales reports, and identifying market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare, Pharma or Hearing Aid Company is a must.
  • Sales management, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets
  • Experience in overseeing a sales team and coordinating with different departments
  • Ability to prepare sales reports and perform market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare or audiology industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
