Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager - Jaipur, Pushkar & Ranthambhore (4 Positions)
Sales Manager - Luxury Wedding Resort, Delhi (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify potential corporate/MICE clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Sales & Business Development - Drive revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.
MICE & Wedding Sales - Focus on corporate events, destination weddings, and social gatherings to maximize bookings.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis - Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement - Work towards exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Networking & Travel - Actively participate in industry events and client meetings, with the flexibility to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
MICE Sales: Experience in corporate events, conferences, and incentive groups (for Jaipur, Pushkar, Ranthambhore) .
Luxury Wedding Sales: Experience in high-end wedding sales (for Delhi) .
Strong network & relationships in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
