Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in East Bangalore. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include client relationship management, market analysis, sales forecasting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize product offerings and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales Management
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting experience
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in East Bengaluru
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
