Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis, pricing strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, team leadership, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong market analysis and pricing strategy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the furniture or home interior industry is a plus
