Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, providing coaching and training to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for organizing sales events and exhibitions, creating sales reports, and analyzing sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and team management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market research
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
