We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Sales Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales
to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the elevator and escalator domain.

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
builders, architects, consultants, and PMCs
. - Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. - Prepare and negotiate
techno-commercial proposals
with clients. - Coordinate with internal teams for project handover and execution.
Provide regular
sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence
.What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in
Engineering, Marketing, or Business
).- 3–7 years
of experience in
B2B/project sales
(elevator/lift or construction industry preferred). - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Strong understanding of
elevator product specifications
and industry practices (preferred). Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools
.
