Role Description: Sales Manager – Founder’s Lab (Full-Time, On-Site) Location: Mumbai
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and startup-savvy Sales Manager to lead the growth of Founder’s Lab — the content and branding arm of Ideabaaz. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Building and managing a pipeline of early-stage startups and D2C brands
Creating and executing sales strategies for content packages and retainers
Managing and growing relationships with founders, marketing heads, and VC portfolio leads
Identifying partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and startup communities
Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborating with the production and strategy teams for smooth project handovers
Representing Founder’s Lab at ecosystem events, demo days, and brand showcases
Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage outreach and inside sales teams
A proven track record in business development, sales closures, and partnership growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs and managing sales funnels
Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, preferably with experience in tech, D2C, SaaS, or agency sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Bonus: Experience in content/media sales or branding agencies is a strong plus
