Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and market analysis
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with software solutions, preferably in the technology simulation industry
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
