Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a sales team. The role also includes hiring team for Southern Part of India, Market analysis, identifying potential growth opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Experience in leading and mentoring a sales team
- Market analysis and identification of growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience in the IV Healthcare industry is a plus
