Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Jio Credit Limited, located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales pipeline, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Sales management, sales strategy development, and team leadership skills
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and client engagement
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
