Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy development
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
