We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our travel services and packages. This role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, exploring new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and business objectives.
  • Promote and sell tour packages, travel services, and customized itineraries to clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships, corporate clients, and travel agents.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, set clear targets, and track performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and travel trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Attend travel exhibitions, events, and networking sessions to promote the company.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present progress and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
