Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
