Job Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Madurai and Theni. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in the wireless irrigation solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Madurai and Theni.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and targets.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Mobitech's wireless irrigation solutions and technologies.
Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wireless or irrigation industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics or a related field.
Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless irrigation solutions and technologies.
