Sales Manager Job Description (Real Estate)

Position Overview: NC Realty is Seeking a Sales Manager for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Oversee property listings, showings, and negotiations.

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or management.
